The main centres of operation are at the major international airports - Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch. Smaller international and domestic operations run out of Hamilton, Palmerston North and Dunedin. Since September 11, 2001, there are now officer stationed permanently at Rotorua and Queenstown for domestic screening.
